Falling for Booties

What I'm currently finding irresistible for fall? The bootie! I'm loving the dress and bootie  winning combo for early fall's temps. Dress them up or down by pairing with a vibrantly colored dress or with your favorite jeans for weekend. I also look forward to making a statement in them with wax denim to give my fall style a little edge.

Monochromatic

There is not much easier than a classic wrap dress...unless it's a faux wrap. This dress is easy to throw on and you don't even have to worry about tying the perfect bow! The brown and white animal print is simplistic enough to add a variety of accessories or color. I embraced a more monochromatic route for understated style.

Practical Reinvented

The corporate scene doesn't have to mean drab pant suits and lackluster attire. Today at work I channel the sunshine and boast bright yellow trousers contrasted with a charming, but fashion-forward exaggerated peplum top in black. The peplum is dramatic and trendy (notice the exposed back zipper) yet suitable for a business environment.

Spring Scallop

Hello sunshine! Finally, I can kick off my boots and step into strappy sandals! A sheath dress is a wardrobe essential and what better embellishment than an adorable scallop hemline? It's been a fashion challenge to find the perfect bag, but I just might have achieved it! I'm swooning over the structured leather bag with studs and I love the balance of edgy and elegance.
