Summer Shades

The summer days are drifting away and I'm feeling nautically inspired and pairing navy and white. Though, a disbeliever of the "no white after Labor Day" rule, I'm trying to get in all the white I can before the fall air arrives.

Classic Khaki

Adding accessories can bring an outfit to life. While I admit, the changes on this outfit are minimal; accessories add to a otherwise lackluster khaki dress. The leather "H" belt was such a great find and I can't wait to adorn more attire with it.

Stripe Swoon

Graphic designs have been huge this season and stripes have taken precedence in the fashion world. Though they  never really go out of fashion, stripes are reinvented by designers almost every season. The notable trend has me hooked. Nothing is easier than a cotton striped dress!

A Southern Staple

A white linen dress should be considered a southern summer staple. (not to mention, perfection for the upcoming holiday) It's breezy and simple and color is easy to pair with it! I'm currently crazy for these coral wedges and combined my neon MAC.

Pretty & Preppy

I enjoy pairing different elements and I believe pretty and preppy are a winning combination. The crisp white  tulip skirt with pleated waistline details is flawless and I paired it with an effortless cotton tee. Again today, wearing my go-with-anything Rebecca Minkoff wedges and stacking bangles!

Posh Hot Pink

This frock is anything but fussy; it's a throw-on-and-go kind of dress! The bright colors and print are vivid, so I went with subtle brown wedges. Since my color crush is slightly out of control, I couldn't resist the neon MAC to throw over my shoulder.

The Shirtdress

The concept of a shirt dress for spring is perfection! The chambray is light-weight and easy to wear and the subtle polka-dot details are fresh for the season. The throw-on-and-go frock will most likely be in heavy-rotation. The braided belt adds slight shape and the possibilities of accessories are endless. So excited to break out my neon MAC cross-body!

Fab Feathers

It's my personal opinion that prints are show-stopping! The feathers scattered on the frock are unique and distinctive. The fact that they are splashed over the burnt orange satisfies my never-ending crush on color! The cut out on the back of the dress is my favorite accent!

Sassy Suede

Nothing is more comfy than a great pair of leggings; but why stick to your basic black when you can wear suede leggings? Thanks to a wind advisory (that explains my crazy hair!), I  needed my peacoat! I love the combination of black and brown together! The winter white coat brings in all the neutrals beautifully and the suede teal wedge breaks it up a bit!

Welcome Mini MAC

I'd like to welcome the Mini MAC to my wardrobe. I'm aware of my tardiness, but I finally bit the bullet and caved for one. The wool pencil skirt is an alternative to the over-worn black pencil and as always I wanted to throw print in.
