Twill Thrill

Twill is such an easy pattern to pull off. The design is so small, that it can easily be paired, mixed and matched with other colors or prints. I'm going with a deep red and white stripe cotton tee with a faux leather elbow-patch. The October outfit is classic and subtle.

Safari Scarf

Today's casual look combines a khaki (yes, two outfits involving khaki in a row!) skirt with your standard stripe top. Mixing prints is a fashion favorite and adding a light weight scarf with wild safari elements amps up a basic look. Feeling the urge for color, I'm prancing around in green suede flats.

Classic Khaki

Adding accessories can bring an outfit to life. While I admit, the changes on this outfit are minimal; accessories add to a otherwise lackluster khaki dress. The leather "H" belt was such a great find and I can't wait to adorn more attire with it.

Gray Day

Every woman should own an effortless, cotton dress. This is one of mine. It is a throw on and go frock that I can dress up or down; add flats or sandals; jewels or none. The simple shift is comfortable with a cool subdued gray tone and gold zipper pockets. To add some shine, I layered on a favorite Moon & Lola tiered necklace.

Pattern Pop

I'm always looking for ways to take a basic item and amplify it. Pants are easy; no tights required. As much as I've been doting on pants this season, I was on the lookout for a pant that popped. I fell in love with the black medallion print against regal red. My monogram craze is in full swing and what better way to show off new initials than against cashmere?

Beloved Brocade

The addition of texture instantly adds glam uto any outfit. Brocade is a flattering trend that has the ability to work with whatever is already in your closet. Today's pairing is a simple, everyday tie blouse with brocade pants. The finishing touch is my ultimate winter add-on; a fur vest. Easy enough, right?

Regal in Red

Red isn't always my first choice in hues, but something attracted me to this vibrant shade. The brightness is infectious and exudes a regal tone. Paired (again) with a thick heeled leopard pump and topped off with a multi-strand gold necklace and a bold lip, I'm ready to conquer the work week!

Lunch Date

The past week and a half was a whirlwind and I have never felt so loved! I wore this hot pink DVF dress to my bridesmaids luncheon and felt sassy yet sophisticated. I paired it with a simple nude ankle strap heel and a few baubles for the ultimate in upscale brunch-wear!

Chartreuse

Chartreuse is a perfect hue for fall. It is bold, yet muted appropriately for the season. I swoon over the neckline that is made up of multiple bands. It feels sophisticated with a splash of fun. I love the idea of mixing a print in with the leopard heels.
